We had a pipe in the kitchen leak. Rick came out right away, assessed the damage & started drying out our house. He was kind and reassuring. Rick gave us good advice on the order in which to proceed. I called a plumber to come out. Rick told me what to have the plumber do before he left for the day. The plumber arrived a few minutes later. Then Rick was at the door a few minutes after that. He saw the plumbing van on the road & turned around to talk to the plumber himself!!! That was amazing service!! We would highly recommend ProRestoration Sevices!
