I wanted to write this testimonial letter to substantiate the professionalism, conduct, honesty and just the way all of the employees of ProRestoration Services, Inc.-Pro Dry conducted themselves as they worked in cramped quarters in my house. On Dec. 6, 2011, I discovered my carpet in the master closet was completely saturated with water. I did everything I was supposed to by calling the insurance company and getting a claim going. Trevor Jones was the insurance adjuster and he came out and gave us an amount for damages. Then Ms. Gilstrap was the representative for The Tower Group representing Allstate Ins. She gave me three numbers and I chose the first one she gave me since all of them were numbers starting with 800. Turns our the company I called was out of Fresno. They came out and immediately put 2 big noisy machines in and near the master bedroom. This went on for 3 weeks. All this time we are still sleeping in our bedroom with the mold. Then Trevor called me and told me we didn’t have to continue to use this company and he gave me a local company’s name which happened to be ProRestoration Services, Inc. Once the owner Jack Bispo came out and we talked, his company started working on our shower pan and removing mold. Like Jack said, he would have the project done and restored within 2-3 weeks.
