We had a pipe in the kitchen leak. Rick came out right away, assessed the damage & started drying out our house. He was kind and reassuring. Rick gave us good advice on the order in which to proceed. I called a plumber to come out. Rick told me what to have the plumber do before he left for the day. The plumber arrived a few minutes later. Then Rick was at the door a few minutes after that. We had some water damages. Jack came right away and he sent his crew right after. We also hired them for the repairs. They did the job within the time frame they said they would and they did a great job. They are willing to work with me and the insurance, which is so helpful. We had water damage due to a broken water pipe in a wall.  Pro Restoration saved us!  They took charge of several crews who came into our home to refinish damaged cabinets, replace soggy carpeting, repaint ceilings and walls and then put everything back again perfectly!
