Rick gave us good advice on the order in which to proceed. I called a plumber to come out. Rick told me what to have the plumber do before he left for the day. The plumber arrived a few minutes later. Then Rick was at the door a few minutes after that. He saw the plumbing van on the road & turned around to talk to the plumber himself!!!
